Service Areas:  Practice Management

 

Cindi is a health care management consultant and partner at Grand Management Group. She received her Associates degree in Business Administration from Grand Rapids Community College. Cindi joined Grand Management Group in 1998. She brings a wealth of medical billing experience to the team.

Cindi’s experience includes setting up new practices as well as managing both primary care and specialty offices. Her areas of specialty include practice development and efficiency, new practice start-ups, human resource management, billing and HIPAA compliance, efficiencies in EHR utilization, policy and procedure development and implementation, accounts receivable management and insurance contracting.  

 

Cindi grew up in Grand Rapids. She and her husband Alan enjoy spending time outdoors in the summer hiking, biking and enjoying the lake.
