Service Areas: Credentialing Specialist / Administrative Assistant

 

Joanne joined Grand Management Group in September of 2019. She supports the practice management consultants, accountants and clients as well as managing all aspects of provider credentialing. 

 

After graduating from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor in Communication, Joanne has spent over 18 years working in the business office of medical practices; all who specialized in women’s health. 

 

In her spare time, Joanne and her husband, Chad, are busy running their horse farm in Lowell along with her two daughters, Andi and Kaci. They love spending time at horse shows, going to the beach and camping with family.
