Service Areas: Practice Management

 

Lisa is a healthcare management consultant at Grand Management Group. She received her Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.  Lisa worked as a consultant for Grand Management Group from 2007 to 2012, and has rejoined our team in 2023.

 
Lisa has an extensive background in medical billing and management spanning over 17 years.  She has worked in many healthcare settings including family practice, chiropractic, urgent care, endocrinology, rheumatology, orthopedics, dental, and physical therapy.  Her areas of specialty include billing and HIPAA compliance, practice start-ups and closings, accounts receivable management, human resources management, and chart audits.
 

Lisa enjoys all the adventures that life brings with her husband, Tim, and their four children.
